Someone authorised to describe the property. Their name and role are stored with the declaration, separately from the public venue profile.
Measurements
Numbers are stored in millimetres. Switch between metric and imperial at any time and the same measurement stays equivalent. Choose Not sure rather than guessing.
Rooms and equipment
Zero accessible rooms means none can be booked. Not sure means the number is unknown. Only list equipment you can actually provide, with a quantity of at least one.
